Welcome
Are you seeking a psychologist who offers a safe, nurturing, and thoughtful space to explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change?
I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating life’s challenges. Working collaboratively and respectfully, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, supporting you to develop insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I welcome referrals under Medicare (Mental Health Treatment Plans), Workers Compensation (WorkCover/CTP), and from private clients.
My work is informed by evidence-based clinical practice, supporting adults and adolescents with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, and trauma. I support parents and families as part of this work. Additionally, I have experience supporting first responders and individuals working in high-pressure roles.
Alongside my clinical work, I offer sport and performance psychology, supporting resilience, confidence, focus, and wellbeing in both everyday and competitive environments.
What is a Psychologist?
